Express Reservation & Payment System – Once you agree with the tour itinerary and costing, we will generate an invoice and send it to you, along with the confirmation status of your reservation in the hotels. After receiving the confirmation of your hotel arrangements, the payment schedule the is as follows;

15 Days prior of arrival date 25% of invoice value
Upon arrival in India 25% of the Invoice value

You can pay us the advance payments through bank transfers/wire transfer/credit card*/paypal*. Payment on arrival can also be settled in cash (USD/EURO/GBP)/ Credit card*/ Traveler’s Cheque.

Clear Cancellation Policy and Quick Refund Process – We do NOT levy any cancellation charges against the booking cancellation within the time quoted below. However; hotels, carriers, restaurants, contractors, our handling agents, etc DO charge cancellation fees depending on the circumstances. If you are forced to cancel your trip, we have a very clear cancellation policy;

29 Days – 15 Days prior of arrival 20% of total invoice amount
14 Days – 7 Days prior of arrival 35% of total invoice amount
Less than a Week – 24 hours of arrival time 50% of the total invoice amount
Less than 24 hours OR No-show 75% of the total invoice amount
